FLORENCEVILLE-BRISTOL

In this area, Florenceville-Bristol, Carleton County or Northern Carleton, all directions are in relation to the Saint John River. You will often hear upriver, down river, into the river and you can find yourself traveling north, south, east or west as the river twists and flows through New Brunswick to the Atlantic Ocean.

Shamrock Suites is located in the center of Bristol on Curtis Hill Road overlooking the town and the river. Known locally as the Marich House this designated Heritage Property played a key role in the economic vitality and entrepreneurial spirit of the community. To celebrate the 125th anniversary of this house the Marich Pole was commissioned in 2020 and is now located in Riverside Park.

Shamrock Train Suites is located at Shogomoc Station running parallel to the Trans Canada Trail between Route 105 and the river. There is a restored 1914 Canadian Pacific Railway Station, that was relocated from Florenceville, approximately 610 meters of track, and three CPR passenger train cars. The site offers RV parking, public washrooms, access to walking trails and only seconds away from the beautiful Riverside Park.

Feel free to explore with these links and keep watching this space as we continue to flow and grow in the Saint John River Valley.
